The Lowdown

For two back-to-back weekends at Century City Mall, we brought Apple TV’s award season moment to life through a one-of-a-kind live customization activation. Guests stepped into an immersive pop-up celebrating Apple TV’s full slate of titles — from The Morning Show to Slow Horses — and walked away with something no one else had: a custom sweatshirt or tote bag designed by them, made on the spot by us.

Using a proprietary in-house design app deployed across 12 interactive iPad stations, guests browsed 43 exclusive graphics spanning every Apple TV show and film, selected up to three designs, and submitted their order — all in minutes. Our 16-person live customization team stood ready at heat presses, turning each request into a finished, one-of-a-kind piece in real time.

Over 9 days, we produced 17,810 custom pieces without missing a beat. The result was a seamless brand experience that kept VIPs and everyday shoppers engaged, excited, and coming back for more — proof that when technology, creativity, and flawless execution come together, the impact speaks for itself.
