Chicago was the place to be as the promo products world converged for ASI Show Chicago 2025 — the industry’s grand finale of the year! Thousands of suppliers, distributors, and creatives came together under one roof to discover the latest product ideas, spark new relationships, and gear up for the back-to-school and holiday seasons. The energy on the floor was all about what’s next, and Hanes made sure to be right in the center of it.
To showcase the legendary durability and style of the iconic Hanes Beefy Tee, our live customization team jumped in to give attendees something unforgettable. Using oversized vinyl transfers and our trusty heat presses, we cranked out exclusive, Chicago Bulls–inspired designs that blended hometown pride with the bold identity of Hanes. Each shirt came to life within seconds, right in front of attendees’ eyes — and the smiles were as big as the prints.
From the buzz of the trade floor to the moment attendees slipped on their custom tees, Hanes proved why the Beefy Tee continues to stand tall after 50 years.
