Turning selfies in to stickers using Google's latest AI technology.
The Lowdown
Guests turned selfies into ‘Class of 2026’ stickers using Google’s Nano Banana and Gemini Omni AI tools, then got them printed on the spot and stuck on laptops, notebooks, badges, and water bottles.
A mobile customization setup built in-house by Family Industries let guests snap a photo on a tablet and watch AI transform it in moments. The live team printed each sticker on demand as soon as a design was finalized.
Attendees stepped up to a tablet, took a quick photo, and picked a direction. Some came back as 3D animated characters, others as 8-bit game sprites, each one a surprise. The reveal moment landed every time, from laughs to genuine disbelief, before the sticker got printed and handed over.
Google and Monks wanted an activation that let people experience AI instead of just hearing about it at Google I/O. The ‘Class of 2026’ sticker concept did that, turning selfies into personalized keepsakes attendees wore all over the venue.
