MAS didn’t just host a company retreat — they staged a vibe. Set inside the effortlessly cool Lafayette Hotel, HeyDay 2026 was equal parts creative recharge and style moment, bringing the entire MAS Experience Agency together for a few days of connection, inspiration, and celebration in the heart of San Diego.
For a team that lives and breathes bespoke experiences, we knew the bar was high. So we met it with something brand new. HeyDay marked the debut of our Live Chain Stitch experience, and MAS got first dibs. The canvas? Sleek black work jackets, ready to be transformed in real time.
As employees stepped up, our expert chain stitcher got to work—each jacket stitched on the spot with bold, handcrafted lettering across the collar. No two were ever quite the same. The hum of the machine, the precision of every stitch, the instant gratification of watching a garment come to life—it was mesmerizing. To push things even further, team members could top off their jacket with one of three hand-embroidered patches, adding another layer of personal flair.
By the end of the retreat, MAS didn’t just leave with memories—they left wearing them. A room full of black jackets, each uniquely stitched, each telling its own story. A perfect reflection of MAS itself: intentional, elevated, and unmistakably custom.
