The Run

Family Industries brought live customization to three MetaFest stops, heat pressing custom Meta and Meta-inspired patches onto totes and hats. Creators picked their own patch and placement for a piece of gear made on the spot.

The Pace

Teams ran three separate activations: 2 people in New York, 4 in Menlo Park, and 2 in Bellevue. Each crew kept pace with guests coming through, from a yacht deck to Meta’s own HQ.

The Loop

Creators chose a patch and where it went, then watched it get heat-pressed onto their tote or hat right there. No pre-made merch, no waiting on shipments. Just a quick, personal customization while they hung out at the event.

The Brief

Meta wanted a custom merch moment for top creators at its invite-only MetaFest events, run consistently across three cities. It landed: 650 guests across New York, Menlo Park, and Bellevue walked away with patch-customized totes and hats made live at each stop.
