Making our first rodeo look easy with event-exclusive bandanas inside The Strip's most exciting pop-up.
The Lowdown
Las Vegas does big moments better than just about anywhere, and during the National Finals Rodeo, American Express raised the bar even higher. Tucked inside the Aria Resort, card members stepped into 1850 by American Express—a polished, Western-inspired pop-up that felt equal parts refined lounge and rodeo clubhouse. Between curated bites, drinks in hand, and the hum of excitement in the room, guests knew they were in for something special.
Front and center, our Live crew brought the action. Heat presses were fired up as guests chose from three exclusive 1850 by American Express bandana designs, each one nodding to the spirit of the rodeo with a modern twist. Once a design was picked, the process moved fast—bandana laid out, artwork placed just right, a hit of heat… and suddenly a brand-new piece was born right before their eyes.
The best part? Watching it click for people. What started as a simple choice turned into a tangible takeaway—fresh, functional, and unmistakably theirs. Bandanas were folded, tied, and worn out the door as the pop-up stayed lively from open to close.
By the time the rodeo lights dimmed for the night, 1850 by American Express had delivered more than just merch. It gave card members a hands-on moment, a custom keepsake, and a reason to remember the NFR long after leaving Vegas.
