Held at the gorgeous Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, CA, this year’s event brought together over 1,000 powerhouse marketers from across retail, finance, and travel for three unforgettable days of networking, insights, and connection.
And guess what? Our live customization team was right at the heart of the action!
Partnering with Rakuten, we brought a bold, creative flair to the scene by gifting every attendee a custom-designed tote bag—crafted right before their eyes! Guests stepped up to our activation station and chose from four stunning, Rakuten-exclusive designs inspired by Japanese culture: the charming Maneki-neko (Lucky Cat), serene cherry blossoms, a majestic mountain top, or the powerful Daruma doll. Once they picked their favorite, our team took over heat pressing the design live onto their tote with style and speed. Boom. Done. Fabulous.
