At this power-packed gathering of developers, IT pros, and system admins, our live customization team joined forces with Red Hat to deliver one unforgettable swag experience. With hands-on labs and high-level tech talks swirling around, we gave attendees something tangible to take home—a custom Herschel tote or Timbuk2 backpack, designed entirely by them.
Over 4,300 attendees jumped into our exclusive mobile customization app, choosing their bag style and decking it out with Red Hat-themed patches—from classic logos to bold new icons. Once selections were locked in, our rockstar crew brought those digital designs to life on the spot, expertly heat pressing patches with laser-sharp precision. The result? A custom, high-quality bag that repped both their personality and their Red Hat pride.
With over 5,000 guests in attendance, our booth became the buzz of the Summit floor. It wasn’t just swag—it was personalized innovation in action, right in line with the open-source spirit of the event.
