Rheem’s 2025 International Pro Partner Conference lit up Las Vegas with more than just business insights—it brought the wow factor in full force to celebrate a century of innovation. Held at the beautiful Mandalay Bay Hotel, this global gathering of partners and pros marked Rheem’s 100th anniversary with high-impact sessions, visionary product reveals, and epic moments of connection. And guess what? We were right there in the middle of the action, turning heads and personalizing the party—one custom bottle at a time.
To welcome thousands of attendees in true Vegas style, our live customization team rolled in with 10 X-Tool laser engravers, ready to make magic happen. Each guest grabbed a tablet, hopped on our sleek mobile customization app, and selected their name (or nickname!) and preferred font. The result? A personalized stainless steel water bottle, engraved on the spot and cooler than a desert breeze.
With over 6,000 custom bottles created across the event, we didn’t just keep guests hydrated—we gave them a one-of-a-kind keepsake to remember it all by.
