The Run
The team pressed 1000 pre-branded Salomon cotton shirts on-site, each guest choosing one design from a set of 7 small designs(4″x4″), 2 medium designs (8″x11″), and 2 long designs (4″x11″).
The Pace
Family provided three (3) live heat press units which ran for 12 hours straight, staffed by a three-person crew.
The Loop
Guests bought any item in the Salomon store and got a shirt with purchase. They picked one design from the available options and watched it get pressed on the spot.
The Brief
Matte Projects wanted a live customization moment for the Salomon Flatiron store opening that felt hands-on and store-branded. Family Industries handled every piece, from equipment and staffing to shipping, running full production on-site.
