The Lowdown
Comic-Con 2025 was bursting at the seams with multiverse madness, but one activation stopped fans right in their tracks, Canva’s collab with Marvel for an unforgettable journey into the world of the Fantastic Four! Tucked inside the hustle of the expo floor, Canva and Marvel transported fans to 1960s New York City. Neighboring a theater and bodega there sat the Canva Print Shop— the place to be for Marvel fans looking to take home something completely unique.
Stepping through the doors, fans were handed the reins of creativity. Armed with laptops and an array of nine eye-popping Fantastic Four-inspired templates, guests designed their own custom Canva x Marvel tote bags—adding names, phrases, or just a clever twist on their favorite superhero moments.
That’s where we came in! Once the design was locked and loaded, our live customization team fired up the sublimation presses and brought each bag to life—right there on the spot. From digital canvas to physical masterpiece, the transformation happened faster than Johnny Storm going full flame-on.
The energy was electric, the nostalgia was real, and fans walked away with a piece of Marvel magic they made themselves. Canva gave them the tools, Marvel brought the world—and we made it tangible. Now that’s fantastic.
