The 2025 Toyota U.S. Grand Prix brought elite free skiers and snowboarders to Aspen for an adrenaline-fueled showdown—but the action wasn’t just on the slopes! Toyota teamed up with our live customization crew to bring a fresh layer of style to competitors and fans alike with high-quality, custom beanies.
Attendees got to design their own winter-ready headwear, selecting from a range of beanie colors before diving into the customization process. Using our interactive mobile app on provided tablets, guests chose from a variety of images and added their name or a personal phrase to be laser-engraved onto a sleek leather patch. Once their design was locked in, our team worked at lightning speed, using X-Tool’s state-of-the-art on-site laser engravers to etch each patch with precision before heat-pressing them onto the beanies.
The result? One-of-a-kind winter gear, blending personalization with premium quality, all created in minutes. Guests were blown away not just by how sleek their new beanies looked but also by the speed and craftsmanship of the process. With custom headwear in hand, fans and athletes hit the slopes in style, making this Toyota activation a true standout of the Grand Prix experience!
