The Run
Over 1,000 custom fight posters, printed live at UFC Freedom 250 in Washington D.C. on June 14, 2026. Custom Generative AI put the attendee directly into the octagon, by placing their likeness onto the official fight poster.
The Pace
Two days on site, 8 hours a day, 16 production hours total. That’s 63 posters an hour, sustained, with a 10-person crew running capture, Meta AI generation, layout, and 11×17 print.
The Loop
Every poster was made on the floor during the event. No download link, no email, nothing shipped after. Fans watched their fight poster get generated and printed in real time, then walked out holding it.
The Brief
Meta wanted to prove AI belongs in a live activation, not a demo reel. We built the station that did it, turning fight fans into the main event and handing them a poster they walked out holding. It landed.
