Right in the heart of the Tennis Center, the Amex Fan Experience became the place to be, with immersive activities, electric energy, and one giveaway that had fans lining up from morning to night: custom tennis balls! Every single day, the line snaked outside the building as fans eagerly awaited their turn for a one-of-a-kind keepsake.

Here’s how it worked: once fans reached the front, they were welcomed by our team and handed a tablet featuring our live customization app. Guests chose their favorite design, personalized it with their initials, and then watched in awe as the magic began. Using cutting-edge sublimation printers and heat presses, our crew transformed each tennis ball into a personalized masterpiece. The moment fans held their custom ball in their hands, you could see the excitement light up their faces—it was pure joy.

Over the course of the 15-day tournament, our unstoppable team customized an incredible 38,000 tennis balls. With American Express leading the charge, we delivered an unforgettable activation that blended technology, creativity, and fan passion into one smashing success.
