What started as a normal home game for the Utah Jazz quickly became an immersive celebration of fanhood, and at the heart of it all was the American Express “Hats Off to the Holidays” booth, where our live customization elevated fandom to a whole new level.
Fans weren’t just spectators; they were creators of their basketball saga. As soon as the doors opened, the spotlight was on our live customization team as fans flocked to our booth to transform New Era branded caps into their new favorite Jazz gear. With meticulous attention to detail, our team collaborated with fans, using heat presses to add custom Utah Jazz patches to each hat. It wasn’t just customization; it was a metamorphosis – turning a simple snapback into a cherished symbol of allegiance.
Every fan was a designer, choosing from a rich array of patches featuring the Jazz, creating a hat as unique as their passion for the game.
