As the balmy breezes of Napa, CA in May 2023 stirred the melodies of Red Hot Chili Peppers, Post Malone, Lizzo, Smashing Pumpkins, and a myriad of others, another captivating harmony was being crafted within the music-fueled carnival of BottleRock. Amid the electrifying energy of festival goers, Toyota and Family Industries tuned their instruments to a different key.
Nestled at the heart of the festival, the Toyota Music Den served as an oasis of cool comfort and artistic expression. Here, we orchestrated a dual ensemble of customization experiences, amplifying the connection between the attendees, the music, and Toyota’s brand.
Striking the first chord of our duet was the custom embroidery monogram experience. Festival-goers were given a chance to imprint their unique rhythm onto tie-dye bucket caps, leaving the den with a piece of personalized festival fashion. The threads of their chosen monogram intertwined with the vibrant colors of the caps, creating a symphony of style and individuality.
The second verse of our customization concerto resonated with the heat press experience. Attendees composed their unique Napa-themed designs onto stylish belt bags. The crescendo of excitement reached a fever pitch as fans saw their creative inspirations come to life on the hot press.
Through the course of BottleRock, the Toyota Music Den became synonymous with immersive entertainment and personalized memorabilia. Our twin customization experience turned the festival into a stage where fans could celebrate their love for music, express their individuality, and engage with the Toyota brand in a memorable way. The amps might have cooled down post-festival, but the echoes of this experience are sure to reverberate in the minds of attendees for a long time to come.
